Speaker:
LAI Tak Ming is the Managing Director, ASEAN, Australia NZ for Human Dynamic Asia Pacific Ltd, responsible for the overall business and operations of the Group in the region. His experience as a HR practitioner span the educational, financial, construction and property development sectors. He has an MBA-HRD (1st in order of merit) from the University of Hull, England while his first degree BSc Ed (Hons) is from the University of Malaya.

Tak Ming was Vice President of GCF for many years and was President of GCF in 2007. He is a much sought after speaker & trainer & has also taught HRM in MBA courses at Business Schools in Malaysia. He is certified to provide Coaching. His desire is to bring Christian Faith to the Marketplace.

Tak Ming will provide insights on the human response to change especially in the current economic downturn and potential job loss situation. He will also walk with us on mental and emotional preparations resulting from lifestyle changes especially in the three areas of:
  • Psycho-social preparation
  • Vocational preparation
  • Practical financial preparation
Through discussions and practical consulting advice from the speaker utilising Godly principles, we hope to encourage one another to embark on this spiritual journey encompassing our personal lives, work and marketplace. Hence we can thrive and find meaning in the midst of uncertain times.
